- Work with Customer's Network Engineering team to understand priorities and desired outcomes. Create proposed network topology and plan for migrating from existing hardware.

- RADIUS shared secret still needed. Also, need 4 ports on the Aggregator switch for ISP uplink for Meter's equipment (1001, 1002). Otherwise, PSK, RADIUS configuration, and VLAN configurations are set.
Week 2
Installation
Coordinate install access for Phase 1.1Project owner: Project Manager, Customer
- Badges for Meter team and installer partner for install starting 3/2 at 5PM. Reception available until 4pm, Meter and installers to meet Project Manager at 3PM on Thursday, 3/2. Lift is needed, bring through the loading bay in the back-storage area behind mock store, believe doors are unlocked. Project Manager to take a look when they are on-site on Friday.

- Work to take place 3/2 to 3/5. Change window 3/4 (9am-5pm precleared). Customer testing team on-site 3/5 at 9am on Sunday

- Meter shares the proposed network configuration with the Customer for internal review and feedback.

- For ticket submitted by 3/15, CAB on 3/23.
Week 4
Network design
Network simulation and testing in labProject owner: Meter Quality Assurance
- Create a simulation of the Customer's network based on topology and configuration. Subject the simulation to continuous testing for optimal performance and security based on the Customer's objectives.

Installation
Provide Facilities team with cabling and AP mounting standardsProject owner: Meter Operations
- Provide standards on AP mounting, cabling termination on the floor side, rack layout - include Building Manager on emails.

Execute Phase 1.2 cutoverProject owner: Meter Operations
- This will take place week of 3/27, likely over the weekend given downtime for things like CCTV, Facilities, Key Card Access; CorpTech testing needed.

- Ensure Facilities team mounts Floors 2 & 3 APs as directed; patch-in APs at the IT room. Clean up cabling in the IT room. Review the possibility of having either two dedicated 15A circuits or one dedicated 20A circuit for the networking equipment.

- Meter continues to provide ongoing support and upgrades.
